In Thai Massage, the practitioner guides the client through a series of yoga postures while palming and thumbing along the body’s energy (“Sen”) lines and pressures points. Together these actions result in a comprehensive full body treatment that relieves muscular tension, improves circulation, boosts the immune system and balances the body energetically. Thai Yoga Massage is performed on a mat on the floor; both client and practitioner are dressed in comfortable clothing allowing ease of movement and flexibility. No oils or creams are used.

Computer Stress-relief Therapy™

This service is designed to relieve hand, arm, neck and back tension for anyone who spends long hours at a computer keyboard and monitor – or from overtime typing on your Blackberry or Treo. Using a combination of trigger point therapy, stretching and deep tissue techniques, this treatment soothes aching muscles and relieves tension, allowing better movement and correcting postural issues.
Pre-natal Massage*

A gentle massage specially designed for mothers-to-be who are in their second or third trimester. This Swedish-style massage will help to relieve lower back and leg discomfort, water retention and sciatica.
